Road (Bolg Assigment #3)

Once upon a time, there was an adventurous guy named Max, who loved to travel. Max came form a very wealthy familiy, but he was kinda like the black sheep. His family was very ambitious, controling, egocentric and cold-hearted people. So when Max turned 18 he realized that he didn't want to live with them anymore. He took his credit card loaded with his dad's money, and began his journey through the world.

He took a cab form his mansion and went to the airport as fast as he could. Then, once he had arrived, he bought tickets for the first next fly, it didn't matter the destination. He just wanted to get away from the city. So when he was sitting in the plane he asked the person who was next to him where were they going, the person answered him: "Where are going to Kenia, Africa". Max freaked out, he had never camp in his life, he didn't know how to survive in to the wild, he wanted to get off of the plane but it was too late.

When he arived, he started to think that it wasn't that bad. He met a girl named Mary and fell in love the instant that he got of the plane. She took him to the desert where thy enjoyed themselves all the day long. Their car ran out of gas and Max started to ask for some in the side of the road. A guy stopped, he gave them some gas and they went back to the town. Finally there, they lived happily ever after.

Walking (Blog Assignment #3).

Once upon a time it was a very poor girl that had a little baby, her name was Ella, and her mother was Ethel. They didnt have a home, they changed from town to town, sometimes they last 1 month and maybe if they were lucky 3 months. But the little girl didnt say a thing about that, she was happy, and felt very lucky to have a mom who loved here and car about here.

But one day, when they were spleeping in a field on the top of a hill one deer aproach to Ella. The deer took Ella´s shirt and hold here. Ethel didnt woke up neither she realize that here baby was gone, until she woke up in the middle of the day.

She was so worried she looked in every tree in every rock, that day she ran all the day looking for her baby.

But suddenly, near a lake a deer was drinking water. Inmidiatly she recognized her baby and with a lot of silence she reach the baby and hold her.

Shopping Cart (Assigment #3)

Once upon a time there were 4 guys that were best friends, they were inseparable and they always hang out. One day in teh morning they were so bored that they went to play baseball to a the park of their neighborhood, they started playing and they were so so excited playing baseball that when one fo the guys pitched the ball and the one that was at the bat hit a home run.

So at the back of the park there is a suermarket, so the guy hitted the ball so hard that he reached the super market, the three other friends were so angry that they send the other friend for the ball to the super market. So he went an looked for the ball, so he take a long time to rechaed the super market becasue there was a lot of traffic. He crossed the streets running very fast and a few times he was about to be run over by a car, but he was very lucky so he was not hurt.

So he when he reached the supermarket he looked for the ball and took him a few minutes until he find it, but when he find the ball there was a shopping cart beside the ball, and he thought that i would be a good idea to ride the cart. So he started riding the car so fast that he went acroos the street and it was so much traffic that this was time he was not so lucky and the guy went flying through the street and the cart stayed on the edge fall down. The guy died and as a memorial for the kid they leaved the cart on the edge of the street forever.

Buttons (Assignment #3)

Once upon a time, there was a woman that did beautiful dresses in her house. Suddenly, they were too famous, that she started to sell them. She selled all type and colors of dresses. She had a son named Diego, his son was a spoiled boy who wanted all even though he didnt have much money. He used to colect buttons that her mom didnt used and exchanged the ones he didnt liked for cards of pocker that he liked so much with his little neigbor. At first, he thought he was being very intelligent by that exchanges and he felt that the other people were underneath him.

One day, during lunch, a strange thing happened. He gave his neighbor the buttons as always, and went to play with his new cards. He was eating some popcorn and suddenly, his neighbor came jumping and screaming Diego's name really loud and happy. He told him that a weird thing had happened, he told Diego that a button was really stinky so he went to throw it away and when he did, a man was standing there and told him it was a strange and unique kind of stone, that it could be selled by many dollars. Diego jumped and told him to give him back his button and he would give him all the cards he had. The boy told him that he had sold the button to the man and that he would not be his neighbor anymore because he was going to Miami with his family to live there. A moment later Diego got really paranoic and started screaming angrily, because that was his dream, but now, he couldn't do anything; so he stoped getting buttons from her mother and lived during all his life like that.

Walking (Blog Assignment #3)

Sophie, a widow woman, lived in the woods with her daughter, Julia, in a very tiny town in Switzerland. Every month, they visited Sophie's Aunt Lili, that lived kilometers away from the town. They needed to arrive as soon as possible because the forest was very dangerous, in which Sophie had very bad experiences before because one man tried to kidnap her. From then on, she always carried a knife with her just in case something dangerous could happen. Sophie knew that there was a lot of risk in taking her daughter with her, but she didn't have family in the town, neither friends so she couldn't leave Julia alone. Aunt Lili was very sick, so she needed to visit her not every month, but every week.

During her way to her aunt's house, Sophie was trying to make no loud noises, becuase this could be the sign to a dangerous animal, or to a kidnapper. Meanwhile, she was singing a song to Julia, so that she could fall asleep, and make her easier the way. Then, she heard laughs, and steps of people that were running and shouting at the same time; so Sophie started to run faster and faster, because she knew that she and her daughter were in danger. Suddenly, someone took her from her back, making Julia fall to the ground. She knew, that she had a knife, so whe waited to the exact moment to stab him to defend her daughter and herself. Finally, she did it, she killed the man saving their lives.

The theme of this advertisement is that you need to put ketchup in the food.

Is for the people who eat without ketchup or for the people who doesn't taste it.

The purpose of the picture is to say that ketchup gives flavor to the food, and if you don't use it, it will taste like paper, literally speaking.

I think that this publicity is very creative and very successful. Because after you see this you want to taste it or try it.

This ad comes from PETA, that stands for People for Ethical Treatment of Animal, the biggest animal rights organization in the world. Personally, I think that this ad i'ts very explicit, and you clearly can tell the subject of it: the cruel treatment that big food companies give to them.

The target audience of the ad is mainly for people who eat a lot of meat, PETA want them to realize the cruelty that comes with every hamburger, hot dog, bistec, fryed chicken they eat. The purpose of the ad is that with such an explicit image, the audience can imagine the inhuman treatment of the animal we eat, hoping that this would decrease the ingestment of animal meat, and possibly turning them vegetarians. I think that the ad it's very succesfull because at least for me, the image took my apetite away, which I think was the purpose of the advertisement.

This ad talks about the alcohol that affects all the family. For example this man, the night before he drank a lot and that's why he's not completely concient or in a perfect state in order to have a good day with his family. This means that maybe because alcohol is the reason why you're not enjoying your family to the fullest.
This ad is to people of all ages, it can be for teenagers too, because they think that if they drink they can have more fun, but the worst thing is that maybe the next day they can't even remember what they did the night before, and they become the clowns of their social group. For adults, it can be a worse problem, they start making their families aside, and start loosing the good moments.
I think this is a good advertisement because we can't start loosing those moments that will be in our memories forever becuase of the alcohol we are drinking in a very extreme way. Because yes, you can drink one cup or maybe three but exceeding is what makes the difference between having fun and loosing it all.

In this advertisement, we have two guys smoking tobacco in their house, but this is apperently a tomb because on the top you can see the priest blessing the dead people and some friends and family.

This advertisement goes directly to people who constantly smoke, specially grownups and teenagers, because they start smoking since childhood so they can be more affected. So, obviously the purpose of this advertisement is for people that smoke alot, to quit smoking because this is slowly taking them to death.

I think this advertisement is really succesfull because it really shows people how are things behind tobacco. It really makes conscience that cigaretts slowly leads to death.

Good job guys. Lilian, what happened to your story? I liked the way you commented a lot on each other's stories, for the next time though, instead of writing that you didn't like somebody's story because it was boring, tell me WHY it was boring, ok? 

You will all receive full individual credit except for Lilian, and as a team, you will get partial credit as well, because Lilian did not complete the assignment.
